- Care Management —
Professional assessments of Existing Care Plans or Arrangements

New Independent Auditing Program (IAP)
for seniors living at home with caregivers or who live in a Board
'n Care home. We r
eview care plans, interview the client and the
caregiver, conduct home safety evaluations, and provide a written
report with findings, considerations, and recommendations for
next steps or additional services.

meal programs, senior services, emergency alert systems, utility
